Acceptance
By using TeeTimeFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
For Golf Course Operators
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your course information and tee time availability
- You are responsible for honoring bookings made through TeeTimeFlow
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
- A 14-day free trial is available. No charge until the trial ends.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
For Golfers
- Tee time bookings are subject to availability and course policies
- Cancellation policies are set by the individual golf course
- TeeTimeFlow is not responsible for course closures, weather cancellations, or changes made by the golf course
- By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS booking confirmations and reminders
SMS Terms
- You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency: one confirmation per booking, one reminder per upcoming tee time
Limitation of Liability
TeeTimeFlow provides software tools to facilitate bookings. We are not liable for actions taken by golf courses, cancellations, or disputes between golfers and courses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
