TeeTimeFlow ("we," "us," or "our") operates teetimeflow.com and provides online tee time booking software to golf courses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from golf course operators and their customers.

From golf course operators:

• Business name, contact name, email address, phone number
• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Course configuration settings

From golfers booking tee times:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional, used only for booking reminders)
• Booking details (date, time, holes, players)

• To process and confirm tee time bookings
• To send booking confirmation emails
• To send optional SMS reminders before your tee time (only if you provide your phone number)
• To help golf course staff manage their tee sheet
• To improve our services

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive SMS messages from TeeTimeFlow on behalf of the golf course you are booking with. These messages include:

• Booking confirmations
• Tee time reminders (sent the evening before your tee time)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Booking information is retained for up to 3 years to help golf courses manage their records. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at jake@teetimeflow.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• SendGrid (email delivery)
• Turso (database hosting)

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
